We expect that the people who work with us will be focused on client needs, complete requests from clients with short turn-around times, will respond to client calls that day, and will complete any job to the best of their ability. So at times it can be demanding. However our staff find the environment challenging and satisfying. We provide quality work and for this we pay excellent remuneration. And we lead the way with addressing flexibility and work/life balance issues with staff. As a result we have very low staff turnover.
