Pauline Hoban is a Business Development Manager in our Aged Care and Community Care team, based in Sydney. Pauline works with clients in a number of states of Australia. Prior to joining Nationwide Training Solutions Pauline was the Director of Nursing in a large residential age care facility north of Sydney. Pauline has also worked as Director of Nursing/ Hospital Manager at the Metropolitan Rehabilitation Hospital and as Assistant Director of Nursing at St Vincent's Private Hospital.

As well as being a registered nurse and completing a number of higher qualifications in nursing, Pauline also completed a Masters of Business Administration. Pauline has also published extensively in a number of industry journals and has presented numerous papers at national conferences.

Pauline's experiences as a Director of Nursing in retaining and liaising with registered training organisations has contributed to her understanding of the important role of training in facilities and hospitals. Pauline's focus is on the delivery of quality training which focuses on the particular needs of each organisation. In 2003 Pauline achieved Business Woman of the Year in the northern area of Sydney.
