Nationwide Training Solutions has an outstanding reputation for training in Aged Care, providing access to up skilling in all key areas of aged care, community care and health including dementia, palliative care, medication, occupational health and safety, client services and leadership. We recognise that there are important differences between work environments and tailor our training delivery to reflect this. 

Our aged care, community care and health team delivers a number of courses, including:
  • Certificate IV in Aged Care Work;
  • Certificate III in Aged Care Work;
  • Certificate IV in Community Services (Lifestyle & Leisure);
  • Certificate III in Health Support Services;
  • Certificate II in Health Support Services;
  • Certificate III in Home & Community Care; and
  • Certificate II in Community Services Support Work.
We analyse the skills and experience of our training team to ensure that units are taught by trainers with expertise in that area. Nationwide Training Solutions is also able to deliver hospitality units where our clients believe these units would be helpful with the changing focus of many aged care facilities towards increased client service.

Aged Care & Community Care Model
Nationwide Training Solutions uses the RPTIM model to facilitate its client relationships and to deliver its training. The RPTIM model was analysed in the PhD of Dr John Docker, a Consultant to the company. The model is used to facilitate an organisational approach to developing practices and skills. It is a model that recognises continuous improvement.
